Measuring RPM on Kohlers

Recommended Posts

I ordered a portable Electronic Specialties 328 Tach which has a clip lead which goes to the plug , does anyone have any experience with these ?

Seems simple enough for a portable unit.  Ordered thru Walmart so the return should be simple if its a dud.

I am wanting to verify HI speed RPM on both the Command Pro 15 ( 3750 rpm ) as well as the M10 ( 3600 rpm)

Also  I am thinking that 3600 rpm for the Command Pro 15    should really be adequate, giving it some  hi speed relief.    yes/ no ?

It give me more versatility allowing me to check things like the generator RPM etc. Full throttle on my Command Pro 15 is set at 3600. :)

Oh wait. I just looked and your 328 is the same as my 332 except with the optional wired connection. Nice touch. You can go either way.
