stevebo-(Moderator) 8,034 #19 Posted October 1, 2016 I went to Kennebago River Kamps for the week with a few friends. It was my crash course in fly fishing for native trout and land locked salmon. Had a blast but it was a long ride each way (7 hours). I also took the boat and we hammered the trout on dry flies Thursday night. Most fishing was on the various pools on the river. Had a really good guide on Wednesday which was a really big help for me. This sport will humble most fisherman. Walked the aisles a few times with Jason, only complete WH for sale was a 310/312-8 speed. A few wrecks and one vertical shaft machine. No hard rain but it was drizzly the whole time.
