Just received same Actus rubber latches ($3.35 each) perhaps as mentioned, a bit shorter.

Wouldn’t hesitate ordering more.

Received the pins also (17 cents each).

Excellent products. Excellent service.  :handgestures-thumbupright:

Can you get me the part #'s to both of them. Rubber latch and pin please

Based on the 3" dimensions on that first PDF, it look like you can buy the same parts from McMaster for about 7 bucks, offered in zinc plated steel or Stainless. I could be wrong, but based on what I see, it should be close.

Part numbers are 1685A32 for stainless ($7.73 each), and 1685A22 for the Zinc plated ($7.06 each)

Also, these prices / parts seem to be for the entire assembly, not just the rubber part.

They do appear identical. Metal brackets are also available from Actus, stainless is available. I didn't need them.

Just pleased to get the rubber straps. I was using a few, drilled and stayin' together with zip ties. :handgestures-thumbupright:

Shipping was pricy but arrived at my barn in just a couple of days. Was thrilled to find a source other than TORO (too pricey!!!).

Saving your McMaster links. Thanks. :handgestures-thumbupright:

No idea how these would do in the real world on a Wheel Horse but it could be an alternative to end the rubber strap madness so' wth I'll throw these in the ring (4001 Adjustable Toggle Latches). There are several different versions of these toggles as far as material/size/designs but a quick search shows this one adjusting down to 3".  Drilling new bracket holes will be a must here I'm sure of that but I do like the fact they adjust and are 304 stainless to boot. My property being as rough as it is, the bouncing hood just gets so annoying so I'm considering these at least. I just wish they never downgraded from the old steel latch to these rubber latches because they always held my hood good & tight, these rubber straps absolutely suck in comparison.
