Imagine how good that one was on gas with no carb.

Either the phrase fixer-upper or road-side bomb or improvised explosive device  comes to mind

Or the sales manager at one of the GM dealerships I worked for would say It's a good solid unit. All it needs is a pair of front shocks.

The other day I passed a truck pulling an open trailer with a zero turn on it.  Usual site going down I-55 at 70 mph.  But on this one, the guy didn't strapped the zero turn on to the trailer.  I wonder if it ended up like this poor Wheel Horse here?

Put a steering wheel and rear tire back on that :wh: and it would be still better than any of the big box store tractors.

Come to think of it, that :wh: is probably better than big box store tractors as it sits!

Not a good, or for that matter, smart practice.  In some states, it's even illegal not to have cargo strapped down on trailers.

Any load not secured is illegal here in MA  People get tickets now for not removing the snow off their roof too.
