wheel horse bushing

Recommended Posts

elicountryboy1996

I have a wheel horse c-161 automatic hydro, And I was plowing with it, there is a small bar under the seat that swings back and forth with the hydraulics and it is attached to a circular piece with 2 bushings that have a small flange on the end of them, they are both pretty much shot and the one flange broke off so I could no longer raise my plow because the piece holding the bar with the bushings popped out because the one bushing is completely shot, Anybody Know where I can get these small bushings?

I think he's referring to the bushings in the rear rock shaft. If not available from Partstree,  you might try your local Ace hardware.

:text-yeahthat: Pretty sure ACE and TSC have the flanged bronze bushings.   3/4 X 1" sounds  familiar  but check your shaft and holes.

What is the current ACE price?    I think they have a slightly thicker flange than the TORO part.

BTW,  :text-welcomeconfetti: to :rs:        Good to hear from another PeeeeAaaaer.

Hello all. I am looking for suggestions on adapting the pto from my C series tractor to a harbor freight predator 420 13hp engine. I know the predator motors are a controversial topic however it is the route I have chosen for this particular machine. The intent was to mostly use it for plowing so no PTO required but it would be handy to have. Looking to hear from someone that has successfully done the swap that may offer any advice before I attempt to transfer it over. Just looking for any general pointers that will help me along the way to make it go as smoothly as possible.

1979 c-101 nice project tractor just needs a few odds and ends, steering wheel, coil, carburetor bowl, the wiring was redone by previous owner....all 4 tires are good and hold air it goes into all gears no problem, transmission fluid has been changed, 10hp Kohler, message me or call or txt with any questions, it does run and runs well,  it’s been kept inside since I’ve had it, I would also trade for a mid mount grader blade thanks

Will the plow I am using on my C121 and C160 work on a 876?
or is the plow frame different?
      Thanks

      Hi All,

I have what I believe is a Commando 800 but would like to confirm model and year.  Tag reads Model # 1 0100 6; Serial # 790336. Have had it for years (bought from original owner) and want to clean it up some.

      Thanks!
