Toro 312 wheelhorse

Recommended Posts

Red144runner

Hello, My name is Joe and I finally got a Wheelhorse 3 days ago. I found a Toro Wheelhorse 312 8sp. It's in great shape. I got the tractor plus a 36" mower, 44" dual stage snow blower, twin bagger unit, cast iron wheel weights and chains. I had a simplicity broadmoor 6116 that I sold and put the $$ toward the horse. I liked the simplicity and it is well built, gave a great cut and not short on power. But the Wheelhorse is just better. I had known they were very capable for a long time. Seeing one up close makes you realize how well engineered and built these tractors are. Mine needs a fuel pump, can't get past the pump. Not sure on the year, 94 maybe. Look forward to learning more here.

Also, that snowblower is still in the back of my stake body, gonna take 3 of us to unload it!

Nice looking machine!! I too purchased a Wheel Horse a few days ago after selling my Deere. I'd never saw a WH in person prior to last week and I agree they are well built and designed to last...

:WRS:   Looks like a well maintained 312. Fuel pump options are quite varied, electric low pressure pumps can be a good option or a kit to rebuild yours or a new one. Do a search on this site and you will be able to get a lot of good information.
