As requested here are some more photos of the 1054. Finally had some time after work to give her a clean up for pictures. Missing a few things to be replaced ,but not to bad.

Apologize for the shadows in the pictures but I got home late.

The last photo is just for grins....

The one on the right is a "lawn mower"

This one on the left is a "Lawn Tractor"

;)

I would love to find a 953 or a 1054.  A few years back, my lawn mower repair guy I used, had one, but it was too far gone to rescue.  And there is one now on the local CL, but he wants way too much money for it.  They are simply neat.

I was looking at CL while my Boring Mill was running ( don't tell the boss) at Wheel Horse listings.  Some of those guys listing think they are GOLD plated.... geeeez

How much is to much for a 953? With deck, blower and mid mt

The one on CL was a 953 and it just had a mower deck and wheel weights.  The seller listed it as a '67, but he apparently don't know much on Wheel Horses.  He didn't list what model it was nor was there any decals on it.  He listed it for $1500.  From consensus here, and I agree, it's over priced by almost twice as much as it should go for.  Throw in a snow blower, I'm not sure what the price of one would be.  Also, snow blowers here in this area aren't in much demand.
