David Bradley suburban

I just put my reservation on this thing tonight to come back with the cash and ramps. I've never seen one before. Can anyone tell me how common theses are and maybe how desirable they are. I can't find a whole lot on them. Best I can tell right now it's a 59'. For the price I hate to pass it up. It's got some really neat features.

Fairly rare.  Sold by Sears back in the day.

Actually called a David Bradley "Suburban"!

The one you have there is pretty cool.  Still has origin paint and the factory exhaust out the front grill.  Also has their "round hood"!  They went with a square hood a year or two later, similar to what WH did.

Your steering wheel and tires still look good too?  Does it run?

I'd like to have one for the coolness factor.  Hard to find.

Around here, they go for $400-$700 in running condition and around a $1000 for really nice originals.

Priced similar to WH I guess?

I'd buy it.

No it doesn't run. Thank you for the information and your help. Glad I picked it up then.

Never owned one, but I've always thought they looked like a cylon! cylon1.gifYou don't see many, that's for sure.

This one has been at the LeSueur Pioneer Power show for several years.

Notice the original white face paint has flaked off more over time.
