Onan carburetor part needed

I was cleaning carburetor and noticed the rubber tip on the float needle is bad. Where can I get this part?

Is the carburetor  for a Onan p220g a b43? I'm not sure but Jacks small engine has a universal  float needle part 1420553 could someone  confirm this before I order it.  Float valve kit. Is $14.22. I did order one carburetor kit from Onan parts $47.00 plus shipping. I just wanted one to have on hand. Thanks.

I've cleaned the top of carburetor. The needles. It's still won't idle. Anything below 1800 rpm and it quits. Any rpm  higher than that. It runs great, mowed the yard tonight. No problems. It just won't idle

 It runs up n down quits at idle. Suggestions??

I bet it is still dirty. 

Mine would hunt or surge at idle. I took it apart and cleaned it, stuck a wire through every hole I could find, blew compressed air, carb cleaner, etc. It idled nice and smooth after.

Thanks, I'm thinking your right. I have a parts catalog. I see which jet is the idle jet. I'm soaking that and the top of carburetor overnight. I'll try the compressed air tomorrow. Blow everything out.

I took a piece of solid 24 ga wire (computer network or phone cable), stripped it and poked it through any holes I found. then blew everything out, then sprayed carb cleaner through

# 6 is the one you want to clean.

you MUST also clean the CENTER hole at the bottom.

a torch tip cleaner works very well. ( .020 tip )
