Wheel-A-Matic 875 ?

Recommended Posts

TIGman

Just wondering if someone could help me out with the approx. year of this 875

Wheel-A-Matic.  Given to me and I would like to get it back in shape.

I'm very sure I'll have lot of questions during restoration.

Thank you!!  in advance for your help.

Thanks!! for the help guys, Really appreciated.

Still have to get it home and then I'll take some photos of ID tags on it and more of the tractor.

If she needs any welding repair I think I know a guy that can to it...;)

With helpful information from this site I

will do my best to have her looking like she did back in the day.:D

Showed the photos of my 875 project to the guys at my shop. WOW!!! I did not realize there so many "Wheel Horse" guys that I worked with. :)

One guy has one of the last year tractors made before the Toro take over.  Alot of offers for help, parts etc getting it restored.

Wow!! This is getting better all the time.

My Shop Superintendent thinks he might have a front blade for me. :)

Hope to get the tractor home this holiday weekend so I can get started on it.

Hope all the forum members have a safe holiday weekend.

The reason we have more than one is, that when you bring another one home , you can just mix it in with the others , and you always need a backup for the backup!

TIGman   :WRS: How did the holiday go? Did get anything done? Make sure you get the right drive belt for this. My experience with them is aftermarket belts do not work as well as W/Horse belts. I have the # for it some where in the garage if you need it.
