The Cyclops prototype, I had heard that they existed but now we have proof of it. Cecil Pond planned on introducing this in"65 but went with the square hoods instead!     :ychain:       :ROTF:   Being a "Custom" you should buy it and bring it to the "Big Show".

My guess is that Chuck Barris created it.

Definitely something to study. Yes, reminds me of the Edsel too.  :handgestures-thumbupright:

Man, that thing has backyard engineering all over it!  Check out the block of wood holding the lift lever, radiator clamp on the handle, and the ever so rare cord tied hitch option:laughing-rofl:

Or perhaps "Big Daddy Ed Roth"

Even has the one of a kind pulley jackshaft combo to drive the much sought after gizzmo thingy.

George Barris

Chuck Barris is the guy on the Gong Show.  I get 'em mixed up too!

Chuck was George's little brother...  "Idolizing his elder sibling, Charles Barris was known to work his magic and creation on Wheel Horse garden tractors of the early to mid '60's."

It is like a train wreck you can not help but keep looking at it. I feel sorry for the horse.

I'd kind of like to have it just to hear everyone talk as they walk by it at shows!  Out of curiosity, how much are they asking for it?  Too far away and I couldn't afford it right now anyway, but you've got to admit it has a kind of kooky kool factor to it!:banana-rock:

I noticed the wood block held on with rope.  Wonder what that's for?  The frame has been extended out the front, just for a plastic milk crate?   And I wonder why the dozer blade frame is on it with no blade.  I can't figure that out either.  The bungees on the tire chains look like a spider's web!  It's a curious machine.

But I'll bet it purrs like a kitten and pulls like an ox! :D

So ugly only a mama or papa could love it:text-lol:. Guess that's why all of the stuff my wife calls junk came home with me, but I wouldn't trade one bit of it!
