TDF5G 2,051 #1 Posted May 19, 2016 (edited) I want to give kudos to a company for excellent customer service! B&W Hitches in Humbolt KS.I have a 5th wheel hitch I purchased in 2012. I was putting it in the truck one night last week and one of the u-bolt nuts stripped itself and I couldn't see any way of fixing it unless I cut it off and replaced the u-bolt and nut.I called B&W's 800 number and spoke to a very friendly, nice lady there. I told her that I needed a new u-bolt, she said she would need the serial number of my hitch and then they would send it to me. I called the next day, Friday, with the number and told her I need a new nut also. She told me she would be sending a complete u-bolt kit with all new bolts, nuts and washers and for no charge to me! I received the parts on Monday also! She said it would take about a day to ship because I'm not that far away. It's around 145 miles I think. Can you beat that for excellent customer service? What a great company, great quality products and made in USA!I promptly replied to them with a thank you email. I wanted to pass it along to everyone I can, because good customer service is becoming a rare thing these days. I know we like pics here at RS, so I took care of that.Todd Edited May 19, 2016 by TDF5G
Racinbob 10,203 #2 Posted May 19, 2016 There's a few left out there that still can spell customer service. Todd, it's great that you spoke out for them. So many folks are quick to complain but don't think to compliment when it's deserved.

I've posted this in several forums this week. Thanks, Todd.

squonk 38,565 #5 Posted May 20, 2016 (edited) Another good company is Brinly. I bought a yard sweeper at a yard sale. One of the pins that drive the brushes was worn. I called them to order one and the girl says "I'll just send you a pair of them." I had told her I bought it used but she said no problem.
