Nothing like it does where you're at, but we do get a couple of good plowable snows a year. We got officially 17 inches overnight in '97. Closed the interstate for a couple of weeks. I had 24 inches in my yard from that one, two miles from the weather station. I managed to force a '95 Crown Vic through five miles of it to get to work. When I got home that afternoon another officer had been to my house with the PD's plow truck to make sure I could get out. :hide: Timing is everything.

I got a little over an hour of plowing time today on the old rusty 702. Whole block of sidewalks on both sides and a half dozen driveways. :horseplay: All the neighbors just put down their shovels and watched.

David ya need a hydro lift! Makes raising and lowering the blade a breeze.

Nice pictures, David. I can see one of those making next year's calendar. Please keep those on hand next fall when work on the calendar starts. Oh, also put some of those in the gallery, the "Horses at Work" section. :hide:

Great Idea

No weights or chains either

Im a traind professional :hide: Only spun the tired a couple of times. Rocked side to side to get them going again. In this picture the front wheel is a foot off the floor. I slid off my ramps. You can see the right one tipped over. Ill have to fix my garage entryway next year.

David,

Nice work :hide::hide:

I figure it is better to work out my left arm versus neither :omg:. Actually some sort of lift is on my to-do list as well.

Thank goodness the snow blower does not need to be lifted much ! Though I do think the rear blade is the heaviest thing I have.

Last night we had snow changing to slush. If it is supposed to be cold again tonight (I think it is) then I will get the slush plowed this evening before it turns to ice.

Have fun everybody :horseplay: :banana: :D :horseplay:
