Russian Wheel Horse

Recommended Posts

dcrage

I guess we cannot post replies to photo gallery postings so I am posting here

Just saw we have a Russian Wheel Horse member -- There are new pictures in 'Horses at Work' in the Photo Gallery -- Would love to know how that tractor got to northern Russia -- Maybe thru some of our Scandinavian owners?

Just noticed his "custom tail pipes" on his muffler

The old USSR flag is no longer in use.

The flag of Russia is a tricolor flag consisting of three equal horizontal fields: white on the top, blue in the middle and red on the bottom. The flag was first used as an ensign for Russian merchant ships and became official as the flag of the Tsardom of Russia in 1696. It remained in use until the establishment of the Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic in 1917. It was re-introduced as the flag of the Russian Federation in 1991.

You have a great looking tractor.  It seems you enjoy using it and working on it!  It looks good with the 4 AG tires.

Flag is used , the flag of the most enjoyable for me ... Today the weather is not super : lots of snow , wind and minus 5C , but it works - carries bricks .

May I ask what you paid to have it shipped to you?  I would imagine that would be fairly pricey(but worth it).    Welcome!

That's not that bad for a 4000+ mile trip.  I hope it serves you well.
