Digger 66 3,476 #1 Posted April 3, 2016 Made some progress over the week / weekend : Got the bracket for the belt tension lever hacked apart , re-aligned , welded back together . New axle bushings & woodruff key installed . Put a coat of paint on the body . This isn't an aesthetic resto , a mechanical one . Digger 66 3,476 #5 Posted April 9, 2016 (edited) Going to fire her up tomorrow . Anyone know if there's a correct break in oil for these ? Or are they "bench-run" at the factory . Reel Mower Freak 125 #6 Posted April 10, 2016 A new blower is pull'n go so you should be fine running it as you stated. If I can get this blower for my Raider working well I'm going to give up on the 45"MTD. It needs a rebuild or a new motor. It's been a pain since new.
