tractorhogg 611 #10 Posted February 15, 2016 Wow, feel for you all, I've turned the heat on less than 6 or 8 times, but my walls are 14 inch thick masonry, keeps pretty close to the same temps unless it drops below 30, that hasn't happened a lot.
WNYPCRepair 1,875 #11 Posted February 15, 2016 I had to drive to Rochester today (1.5 hrs) to repair a server. My feet were frozen in minutes, so I stopped at HF to get one of those little 12v defroster/heaters. Used it for 5 minutes and it felt like the wire was going to melt. I unplugged it. I was just finally feeling my toes OK by the time I got there. Worked for an hour, came back to an ice cold truck and repeated the process.
