elliot ness 1,916 #1 Posted February 13, 2016 Sold a d-180 to my friend from Shipman Il. We had a fun time packing it into the S10, had to take the lower 3point arms off and the snow blade all apart and here is a picture of the loaded truck

dcrage 621 #3 Posted February 13, 2016 My 310-8 would barely fit on my Ranger (and that required taking the 37" deck off). I can't fathom a D in an S10!!

tractorhogg 611 #15 Posted February 14, 2016 The last tractor I drove into a pickup bed weighed 900 pounds, just before the rear wheels got on the tail gate, both 2x10s snapped and the tractor flipped upside down and landed on me. The steering wheel left an imprint on my chest for three months, made me wish i was still drinking I hurt so bad. I will never ever load a tractor (at least not my big ones) in a bed as high as a pickup without a forklift. 3 hours ago, 953 nut said: Van Bennit has been stuffing in his minivan for years. Is that an old VOLVO? My gosh, I think my smallest tractor at the steering wheel is 44 inches high. I would have to wash mine in hot water to do that
elcamino/wheelhorse 9,039 #16 Posted February 14, 2016 It is a Volvo wagon , I don't know what tractor was stuffed in there but he did one hell of a job. I have a XC70 Volvo wagon and I know you could not get a tractor in it/

ericj 1,576 #23 Posted February 14, 2016 back when i was a kid i was driving my dad's D200 down the driveway when the infamous pinon bolts snapped and came out through the bottom of the housing. now the tractor had the cast iron 50 lbs wheel weights and 180 lbs of calcium in each rear wheel. dad called his dealer and he came down and picked up that D200 and loaded it in the back of a Datsun pickup, when he pulled out of the drive the rear bumper was all but touching the ground, lucky for him he only had to go about 9 miles up the road. the 1 st three pictures are of the tractor the day i dug it out of it's 19 year storage and the last 2 were taken last year eric j
