Sparky-(Admin) 19,542 #2 Posted February 8, 2016 You have a 1965 model 1045. It's a somewhat rare tractor with the old style fenders and the square hood. You also have the original front tires....that's a huge plus! Mike....

WheelHorse79 271 #12 Posted February 9, 2016 Looks like someone has tried to modify that poor 1045 as a pulling tractor. Because of it's rarity and collector value, it's well worth saving. Looks like almost all of the unique 1045 parts are all there. Good luck on the restore. The tires alone are worth some money because they are unique to the 1045.
WHX?? 46,771 #13 Posted February 9, 2016 No way on the pulling horse59, somebody set that up for speed/fun with that primary pulley set up..agree on the well worth saving and on saving it from scrap.
roadapples 6,981 #14 Posted February 9, 2016 Cool ol` tractor. So much for the old saying the tire is only flat on the bottom. Yours are flat on the top... Welcome to Red Square..

Explain your "stuck in gear" situation. There may be a simple solution. Garry
