Wheel Horse 520H Relay & Engine Connector Solutions

I've already replaced the fuse block on most of my tractors.

The 9-pin connector and relays are the remaining weak links.

I am going to add these projects to my spring tune-up list.

I never heard of weatherproof relays.  Learn something new every day.  Where did you find them?

Thanks for the information.

You can find the relays in many places online.  I order mine from  Susquehanna MotorSports (www.rallylights.com)

But you can cross reference to many other types such as Bosh & Tyco.  You can also buy from Napa or other Automotive parts stores as these relays are used in many applications of similar nature.  All depends on cost at each location.

Cable

Glenn Pettit makes a plastic cover that snugly fits over the 4 slot fuse block on the 520s.  Keep the fuse block clean.  If it feels hot you may have time to replace the contact before it melts the block.

One solution for the 9-Pin is to replace the two red wire contracts with gold plated ones.

Those relays are common in late 90's and up GM cars. I go to the local pick you pull junk yard and grab a handfull when I need them. Clip the plug with it.
