Hello everyone! I just purchased my first Wheel Horse Charger 10 and it came with the snow plow attachment. My first ever horse, just needed something to plow my driveway. Unfortunately the hydraulic ram is missing, but I'll make due. It has the automatic transmission and seems to be cold blooded as the choke is disconnected/missing. It idles good once it warms up but bogs down when going faster and up a small incline, I suspect the fuel filter/carb and jets need cleaned. I have no idea what year it is, as the PO spray painted everything red. Needs some tinkering, but I need to tackle the fuel issue first. Anyhow, I plan to be an avid reader of this forum. I paid $320.

You`ll probably have another before you`re done tinkering with that one. As others will tell you these horsies are addictive. And welcome to Red Square.

:WRS:       Charger 10 was produced fro '69 to '72. Probably if you replace the fuel lines and filter as well as rebuilding the carburator your engine problems will go away. Good luck in finding the next one!   :ychain:

It's addictive.  I started out with one that I had for 21 years.  Went searching for a good mower deck and now I own 5 tractors, 5 decks, plus other attachments!
