1054 snow blade

Recommended Posts

I have an opportunity to purchase snow blade Model 11296. Is this by any chance the correct blade for a 1054 Wheel Horse????
The seller claims the 11296 is the model number, but appears to be serial number according to his picture.

The 11296 looks like a 1961 serial number.

Have seen a BD-4261 (42" in 1961) blade with serial 12121. This is for mid-engine tractors tractors.

The BD-4271 was the first to fit a short frame tractor (42" blade for the 7hp model 701) - Most likely the blade in question but the photo too small to tell.

The 1054 was considered a large frame tractor at the time.
The 1054 used blade models BD-543 (54" introduced in 1963), BD-546 (54" introduced in 1966) and 6-1121
