I hope this is ok to post, if not please delete.

I have a Wheel Horse B85  since new and the seat pan is cracked .
I would appreciate any help/advice/information on repairing it or obtaining a good one that is not cracked.
Thanks .

You're looking for a factory original...
or, a new replacement will do?

:twocents-02cents:If it's not too bad, find someone with a wirefeed welder that knows how to use it(lol) and have them weld it from the backside, grind it smooth and repaint

                                                                        :text-yeahthat:

Lay a piece of copper or brass on the top side to act as a heat sink when you weld the bottom. then turn it over and weld and grind the top as Brian says.

Thank you for the welcome, I appreciate it.

The Wheel Horse B85 seat pan is not metal.
It is some type  of plastic.
It does not  hinder me from using it, but I am wanting to either repair the cracks or buy one with no cracks.
I also have a Wheel Horse Work Horse ( since it was about 3 months old) that has a METAL seat pan that looks the same as the B85  PLASTIC seat pan, so I would think those would interchange.
Please give me advice on the other models that would work on the  B85.

I  am not capable of posting pictures, sorry.

I am thankful to find this site and again thank you all for the warm welcome.
If  I  post something  wrong  PLEASE delete it.

If it is plastic, there are all kinds of repair products out there...Epoxy, Plastic Weld, Etc., ifjust small cracksi would try one of them, be sure to use something that is sandable and printable.

SEM products makes autobody oriented panel bond adhesive, quick 50 second tab repair, and another 5 minute setup version.
You need their special dual cartridge caulking gun to operate it. I use quick 50 very often for repairs. Be sure to buy extra mixing nozzles.

Does anyone know what  other model seat pans will interchange with my B85 ?
It can be metal or plastic.
