That motor looks real nice. I like your engine stand too. After taping and painting primer on my motor yesterday I think I am going to build me one.

What IS that engine stand?  Lately I've witnessed a true engine stand used for a transmission rebuild, now this...?

Is your 1045 crankshaft pto end 1" diameter or 1-1/8"?

I'm thinking it is 1" and the model 1046 was the first to get the 1-1/8" shaft.

I'm telling you, when I pulled that carcass of a 1045 out of that's guys fence row, I had no idea it would end up looking like a brand new one again!

I'm looking forward to seeing it in person and meeting you. That thing looked to be pretty much scrap metal as we strapped it down. :)

I usually see something I want pretty bad and figure I will find a way to fix it. This is my 1st 1045 of course now I have another.

There are more horses to be pulled out of that fence row but nothing like the 1045. There was a complete charger 10 but that wasn't a project I wanted to take on.

Got my wiring done and fired her up on sunday, only ran for a minute. Will do the 1 hour run on Thursday, then change out the fluids. Building my own HL 5 head light bracket, will get it painted this week. Used my other 1045 for a fitment model. I think they look good.
