looks like it's from a 269-H. I got it off ebay. I was just looking for something that I could use and it looked right. I did have to bore the ID to fit on my tractors pedal mount.

Had a C-141 auto with a loader on it come through here a couple of years ago. It had a similar setup on it. It made operating that tractor and loader so much easier.
Not Red neck at all! "Necessity is the Mother of Invention".

Nothing wrong with that. Weld the bracket to the arm right before the 90 degree bend up it would be perfect.

I like this a lot! Especially that pedal. I would think you could add springs to it for the neutral return pretty easily. Although for mowing I do like using the handle and the fact that it will hold position for the longer straight runs.

I have one of Matts foot pedal kits on one of my tractors so I know how great it is to have the foot pedal control for snowblowing and plowing. His kits got to pricy for me and now theyre not even available so I may have to try something like this. Good work :handgestures-thumbupright:

Not bad, not bad at all!!

I added a pedal on one of my 175's a while back somewhat different from yours but same principle. I'm thinking your mounting the linkage higher up on the shifter handle may make for smoother action - mine is a bit 'stiffer' than I would have liked.

I had a Charger 12 that someone did something like that to. I never liked it but that one was not as nice a job as yours. Buy the way I believe you have an Eaton in that and not a Sundstrand.

The black hoods could have had either (in 1980 anyway).

None of the pictures show enough detail to say either way...

Yes, I have 2 175's and one is an Eaton and the other Sundstrand. The shifter stick is same on both.

I know what you mean about trying to run a hydro, steer ,and control the blade. I took an extra hydro lever and modded it to a hyd lift lever. This way I can keep my left hand on the wheel and move the blower or blade
 and down with my fingers.
