Will-
The po told me the original engine had a carb issue. I plan on figuring it out and pulling it on the shelf for a back up on the 4 that I have.

This afternoon I changed the engine wiring harness and also a few other electrical upgrades... Thanks to Jeff for helping make sense of the wiring diagram. She is a runner and a strong runner. I had to swap over the drive pulley on the engine with the smaller 8 speed pulley. It has the typical Onan surge. Pulled carb top off and it was a little dirty. Need to fix that but she runs and drives and the motor seems very strong.

I am pretty sure this motor was worked on a one time. It sounds really strong and you can tell the exhaust is crisp.

This thing came apart using air tools in all of 30 mins.

My best time was 40 minutes taking one apart but that was after a 24 old pb blaster bath!

Did a "proper" cleaning of the carb and blew out all the passages and it now runs correct with no surging. Tins got dropped at sandblaster today. It things go right I will be painting them this weekend !!

My sandblaster got these tins turned around in less than 1 day. Picked them up after work today and got them in primer. There is a bit of bodywork required before I paint. I just ordered more valspar hardener. By the end of the weekend I hope to have it ready for paint.

While this one will be ready before the show I am hoping it will not be coming. I am planning on filling the truck with parts to sell and only 3 tractors of which two are riders and one will be my restored 55'. My boy will be running around on the 59' RJ and i will be riding the restored C160.

Ken-
I am trying to get the boy to sell the stuff for me. He is already telling me that he wants 50% if he does... He is learning.. Most of what I am bringing will be priced to sell without much dickering so anyone of our usual crew (Russ, John, etc) can move it for me. I guess I may have to give them a cut too

Getting close to completion now Steve...
see the new custom Xi decal design Terry is offering?

I imagine, something similar for the 500 series would be pretty sweet too.
