516H No Spark

Good Morning All
Last week I posted new to the forum and got great response on my C-100,,,,,, now running.

I also have a 516H,,,,,, or my father-in-law does.  At the end of last year it quit and he tried to fix with no success.  This weekend I re-assembled what he had apart.  The engine turns over but after tinkering a bit can see that it has no spark.  I would appreciate it someone might give me a list of test/checks that I might do to help pin point the problem, similar to what people did for my C-100 post.  I don't have a problem following an individuals lead but I do not have the knowledge or understanding of these systems to develop a diagnostic process.

Here are some wiring diagrams so you can see how your ignition gets it's power. The Detailed ones are the best because each circuit has it's own diagram.
