It's time to play "Will it fit his tractor?"

I've got a question for the attachment gurus... :banghead:

There is a snowthrower for sale near me, and I'm not sure it will fit my '99 314-8 (model #73449)

I believe it's a 37" thrower , model #6-0202. I've looked it up on Toro site, and they have tagged a manufacture year of 1975. Then I tried to refer to a the interchangement document from a Yahoo user's group, and I come up with tractors of the B-80 and 100 variety. SO, will this fit mine without any modifications??

Any help from you guys is MUCH appreciated. :USA:

Where are you located?

I have a 42" blower that is a 1989 model. Modified to fit my GT-14.

In my opinion it would work.

It isn't pretty...someone sprayed the inside with undercoat......

I am by no means an expert, but I have spent a lot of time looking at attachments for my 312-8. So - I think the short answer is no. The 6-0202 is for the B100, which in 1975 did not have the same attachamatic as the C series - which have the same attachamatic as our current 300's. The C series has a list of different snow blowers that will fit.

If you look on the toro webstie you will see what attachments they have for it, and sure enough, the 6-0202 is listed for the B100.

BK....a B-80 or B-100 is about the same thing as a C series...just cheapened up slightly & sold for a lower dollar back in the day.

Anyways the B-80 & the B-100 use the same front attachment as your 314.

The only mod I think you may have to make is the frames on some of the B series were slightly shorter & you may have to add a few spacers between the lift tube & flag.

If you go & take a look at the snowblower....look to see if it's setup to hook into your front attach a matic.

So I am looking at a snow blower now. So will the B series snow blowers fit on the 300's?

I never found out. I decided to keep looking for a 42" instead.
