bmsgaffer 2,043 #1 Posted April 10, 2015 (edited) As I work more on metal items (i used to work with wood) there are more times where heat would be handy to help stuck items come free or for the rare times I may need to bend something. I most definitely don't have room (or the need, really) for a full size oxy setup. I could just get a cheap plumbers propane torch, but will that get hot enough? Ideally this will be something that can safely store on a shelf as I will probably only need to use it 2-4 times a year... What are you shade tree fellas using for your heat source?
