have a k-301 on a 1975 JD 212 that I want some more HP out of the old beast.., what I would like to do is use a k-341 bare block and use all the goodies out of the k-301 in it other than the piston, rod & head, will the bearing covers and oil pan and Flywheel, crank,  well, pretty much everything interchange??

Tins, starter, bearing plate, fuel pump, dipstick, oil pan, gov gear, gov linkage, etc..... should all fit.  Crank, piston, rod, head, valves, carb, air filter tin, etc should be specific to the K341.

The 301 crank has the bottom of the weights milled off and is too light in weight for the 341. The same with the 321.
