Hi all, Mark here. I was looking for info about my 1968 REO 4-2632 Snow Throw. This machine has been in my family since new. I have been using it since I was barely able to see over the handles and I refuse to let it go. It runs perfectly but it needs some parts.

Anyways, I am lucky to have found this site and hope I can both get some help and advice and perhaps give some. Cheers.

Welcome, I'm sure that you'll be able to get some answers on your Reo.

Welcome. We have a manuals section, and there is a manual for a REO snow blower, but not yours. I'm not sure if it will help, but here is the link:

Good luck!

Thank you all. I have to learn how to use this site so that I post up on the proper place. But, I do have the original owners manual it's just that we swapped out the damaged auger end with one from an eight horse power model and I need a pully that fits on a spline shaft.

Our six HP pully was meant to fit on a smooth shaft. I think.

To bad you weren't looking for parts last year. My neighbor sold 16 of those REO blowers (some even ran) for under $300 for the whole lot. One guy bought em all and we delivered them in one trip.

If you are in the Boston area and have had all the snow this year, you probably wore your snow-blower out! :ROTF:  :teasing-poke:

You saw this? It may be the all time record for Boston. It already passed the Blizzard of 78. I'll try and post a pic. Keep in mind there was no snow here 8 days ago and this is before another 20 inches fell on top of this. And another storm is coming this weekend.post-14666-0-20225000-1423522927_thumb.j

Some guy in Old Lyme Connecticut. His plan was to get then running one by one and sell em off for big profit.

Thanks some more. This Bad Larry just ballasted through the snow at the end of my driveway with no problems. And it's 47 years young LOL.

OK, here she is in her natural element. You can have your electric start and headlights and mamby pamby grip heaters. This is a machine a man would use. Nothing fancy, just start 'er up and blow snow. Could use a little paint but not bad for 47.post-14666-0-00515500-1423675351_thumb.j
