Best C-Series ever made! Nice find!

Found on craiglist in the coal cracker region. About an hour drive from me. Been wanting a solid mount 8 speed kohler for awhile. Cant beat an old 1 lung Kohler. :greetings-clappingyellow:

The rear rims actually should clean up nice and wont require paint. I figure with a new seat, matching front rims, good SOS srub. It should make for a nice looking worker.

Looks very nice! Be sure to keep an eye on your "new" Horse. We all know how these out-of-state Horse thieves are!

Does Kiwi have tractor polish?   :laughing-rofl:

Nice find. Looks like it only needs a little tlc. You can't go wrong with a c-160. They are hard workers with that 16 hp thumper.

I wish i had time to work on it now already. Work has been busy and I must keep my winter workers in top shape. This one will rest for awhile till I get some more time together to get her going in top shape. Can't wait though. I like my 14 hp on my gt14. Never lets me down! I am hoping to mow with it this year. Something to be said about using a 1975 wheel horse mowing lawn in 2015!

Good find-I really like my C160 Auto you're gonna enjoy that tractor!

I saw mine on CL, by the time the owner called me back it was sold then it re-appeared for sale about 2 months later.

Search for the muffler has ended today. Thanks for the offers from you folks. I ended up finding one locally. It sure is nice living close to Bill Jenkins. Some of you might know Bill from the show. Real stand up guy and always a pleasure to deal with.

Muffler is a dead on match and darn near like new. Most of the time if Bill's got it, you can bet it's in nice shape. Now I can concentrate on cleaning, rewiring and fixing that darn hub issue.
