Hello. I am new to this forum but I am on many other tractor forums under the username 98Murray. I got my very first Wheel Horse this week and I will have many questions in the near future about it so that is why I have come here. My new horse is a C161 Twin 8 Speed all original and in good shape. Thanks for letting me join and I hope to be posting some photos of my newly aquired Horse soon!

Welcome! Nice to have another Horse fan in Texas, I'm in Marble Falls Tx.

I also recently acquired a 1979 C161 automatic, but mines in need of restoration.

One of the first things you will learn on this forum is..... :)  :happy-jumpeveryone:  WE LOVE PICTURES.

Hello TX... and :text-welcomewave: to :rs: . There are quite a few members in Tex, one just south, Pflugerville  and one north in The Colony, as close members.  One over east, Bivins redoing a C-161 C-175,  one in The Colony redoin C-161, and one  over here in Greenwood redoin  C-161. That's just touchin the group, there are more.

I found 20 hens teeth searchin for WH, that's how rare they are. Specialwheelhorse (Jim) The Colony, Tex found a stash not long ago. Other than that Ok, Ark, Mo, and Kansas as for almost close; then NE and E areas where the herds still roam regularly :wh:

Thanks everyone! Glad to hear about other Texas members! I havent seen many Horses around here so they must not be letting them go easy! Lol
