Finally some more progress on the HC. Hood and fender painted and installed. Just need decals (which I have thanks to Terry) and machine is complete.

image.thumb.jpg.186b2c9817ef57c68db3e29d Hey cleat, that is a great-looking tractor. My name is Chris first time we'll horse owner just bought this 1989 520 HC. 42 inch single stage blower 60 inch mower deck love this tractor. Only 560 hours runs great I hope to restore it to your tractors condition someday but right now it is a necessity. I am looking for some information you might have like Napa or better part numbers for oil filter air filter and Hydro filter. Also capacities for engine oil and Hydro oil Engine is onan p220og -I/10541b. Any information anyone has would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Welcome to Red Square.

Wow, your machine is in great condition. Better than I started with.

I am using all Toro filters now that I get online for a good price.

Manuals for your machine can be found on this site showing all capacities, filters etc. under the downloads tab.

For the Hydro filter you can use a NAPA 1410
Engine takes 1.6 Liters of 30W
Hydro takes 4.73 L of 10W30

Nice job on the horse there Cleat!! Im curious as to how fast those HC's really are? Do you know what is different that makes them faster?

Also love the photos with the fox body mustang in the background, that looks real nice too. Check this thread out when you have time http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/topic/51461-horse-and-pony-show/#comment-473421

Since I just got the seat on and have been able to drive it with Matt's foot control kit I can tell you this thing is fast.

Much faster than the 520-H. I think the gearing in the rear end at the hydro unit is different.

I took my work horse GT-1800 down to the bare frame months ago and have been slacking over the summer. Seeing your beautiful tractor all done is making me put down this I-pad and getting back to work! Thanks, great job.
