Cable 179 #10 Posted November 15, 2014 Thanks Bruce ("Cable", AKA Molex 9 pin Guru)!! love seeing them show the 520-8! It was the cut on the 520-8 that made me choose this video to share. There were very few videos made of the 520-8, no others that I am aware of. I also have the 1989 FAB but it is so similar that I didn't bother to do anything with it. Both were distributed on VHS tape, and they don't last very long unless they are handled properly and stored properly. Toro made these sales videos on an irregular basis.
varosd 1,185 #11 Posted November 15, 2014 thanks for the videos Cable, and Karl for posting these up. almost got a headache seeing all those 6" front wheels in the 400 series vids though........ Me too! So I just got back inside from switching out the 1990 416-H's 6" tires to 8" tires. now it looks "much, much than new"!
squonk 38,844 #12 Posted November 15, 2014 The 200 series vd brought back some memories. I had a 210-H that I mowed, ran a dozer blade and even fitted a Simplicity snow blower to it. Had it 20 yrs. and only had to replace the battery a few times and a tie rod and fuse. That was it. Still ran strong when I sold it.

Martin 2,130 #16 Posted November 16, 2014 (edited) james, I'm using a mac and no problems here. safari should just open then up in the same window. maybe you have a setting or out of date browser thats not letting you open them, not sure..... nylyon-(Admin) 7,114 #17 Posted November 16, 2014 James, you may need to update Quicktime Player, there were problems playing MP4's with the earlier versions. The MP4 version of the video's here were actually created on a Mac, so they should play just fine.

546cowboy 301 #25 Posted November 25, 2014 (edited) Well I have to say I had never heard of that HMR series and I wouldn't mind having one of those in the 1600 with a 52" deck. Does anybody have one of those? Although I can see problems with that drive system. I'll bet that linkage is a bear to work with. Does anyone here have a manual for one of those?
