1993 520h idler

need the idler pully that the drive belt rides on  from the crank to the cooling fan for the trans. tried too order one from the dealer says its discontinued  ADVISE PLEASE TKS

Its not discontinued but it is $75 new need 1 for my 416 and priced it and was shocked but don't worry Dennis will take care of you and get you a good one

Post the dimensions and will look in my lists to see if there is a more reasonable replacement.

bold whole .377 dia....... sleeve length 1.175....... 4 inch dia were belt rides,,,,, back side of belt rides on pully ,,,,,,, pully .875 wide

Try these part numbers here at this Stens dealer in Canada

280-826  (Napa 7-05207)

280-123

280-495 (Napa 7-05211) This last one is riveted together in the Stens illustration and they usually have a real good ball bearing in them.

 

Let us know what you come up with so it helps others.

i haven't tried it , but was told to take a 48" deck idler pulley and punch the spacer or bushing out of the old pulley and reuse. like i've said have never tried, but was told this by a dealer as a substitute for the 520 idler pulley
