Yellow delicious, granny golds, nittany, rome, some I don't even know.....  We got better as we went on the ratio....we were at about 2 1/2 gallons per bushel

The chicken plucker would have that hooked to a WH in no time.

We were thinking about how to hook the grinder up to rhe 125.....

I wonder......deciding what to do with it may be "hard".....

Decisions like this cause me to "wine" a bit.....

That Apple Pie is some high octane stuff that is way too smooth....to strong for me....  If you get that chance to try it though you will like it Rob....

If you can get your hands on some Royal Rivera Pears and some Honey Crisp apples, that would be the combination of all combinations for the cider.....
