Snow thrower

Recommended Posts

Jman6

I know winter is on it's way, least here it is, low's in the 30's and we already have a little snow on the passes. Just hoping that some kind soul is will to take pictures on the process for putting on a snow thrower that has a 312-8 WH.

I really appreciate the pics posted on my previous post. Just hoping that I can receive some with the details on how to put it on. I think I have it all down from the manuals, but there are always little hickups, least there are for me. :banghead:

You can go here: https://lookup3.toro.com/request/sendreq.cfm

Type in 79360 in the Model number block, click on Riding Mowers/tractor attachments in the Product Type. You will find a free downloadable operator's manual for that snow thrower, which should be the same for yours.

Or, go here: https://homeownersolutions.toro.com/portal/...=214&PageID=459

Type in 79360 in the Model Number, then click on search, click on any serial number (I clicked on the oldest) and then click on "Manuals" tab. You will see a free downloadable Installation Instructions. Good luck.

Sorry, I see you mentioned you had it down from the manuals, so maybe you already got them. If there are hiccups or lessons learned, I'm sure Sparky or one of the other members can jumped in here with their experience. I, myself, have no snow thrower so no experience. :banghead:

Jman,

Go to the Technical FAQ section here at Redsquare. I have posted a topic with pics on both belt routing and the actual mounting of a newer style blower

http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?showtopic=5810

Hope this helps,

Mike.......

I didn't notice the helper spring, I haven't hooked up my blower yet, where does that part go?
