Wow! That little dude sure turned out nice. Congrats on your hard work. Make sure you post some working pictures once you get to using it.

You oughta sell some of those.   :handgestures-thumbsup:

We have another member who's been making and selling them since 2009.  Top quality work., I've bought several from him.

Looking great! What brand tires are those on the front? Those are a lot taller than the ones I bought for my ranger....they look real good!

thanks,

I was very happy with the way the tires ended up looking on the tractor, I was a little worried when I ordered them.  they are 4.00-4, the brand is "King" I found them on ebay. and yes they are pretty tall (about 12.5 inches) and they do sit the front end a bit higher than the back but I will be putting a little larger ags on the back eventually so it should work out when all said and done. I still need to get decals ordered and figure out a belt size, and im going to fab up my own belt guard because I had to move the motor back about 4 inches to clear the hood,  I don't want to cut up the original incase I find a tecky someday.  oh and I still need to fab up a bracket to hold the original gas tank.

Looks good Nate!  :handgestures-thumbsup:   Surely you can sneak the whole tractor in the house.  You can hide it somewhere I'm sure.   :laughing-rolling:

Uncle Buck

thanks for the kind words, I have gotten a few more pieces painted and have started working on the sheet metal, no new pictures at the moment but hopefully soon showing some progress, I broke down and (don't Judge)

I bought the HF predator 6.5 horse to power this little guy for awhile until I have the time to find and rebuild a tecky.. I just couldn't beat the price for this little worker, motor started first pull out of the box... just have to fab up a mounting plate.

Very glad to hear this and I look forward to following along as you progress. I have a 68 Ranger that I plan to do the exact same thing with myself!
