Interesting but...

 

Are they solid rubber? Only advantage I could see would be no flat tires. They look like the wheels off my grandson's pedal tractor.

Interesting for sure....but I see no advantage in stability or traction. I have to wonder what was the idea behind it   .

They look like plastic rims off a hi-wheel push mower.....they wont hold up too to much punishment.

Perhaps the owner had tracks! Tracks would ride 'tween the front duals and the operator could read, nap, watch the scenery go by?
