Interesting but...

 

Are they solid rubber? Only advantage I could see would be no flat tires. They look like the wheels off my grandson's pedal tractor.

Interesting for sure....but I see no advantage in stability or traction. I have to wonder what was the idea behind it :scratchead:  .

They look like plastic rims off a hi-wheel push mower.....they wont hold up too to much punishment.

Interesting indeed, but like they say there is a story behind every picture... and this one probably went like this.. "completely original, one of a kind wheel horse" whats it worth :laughing-rofl:

Perhaps the owner had tracks! Tracks would ride 'tween the front duals and the operator could read, nap, watch the scenery go by?
