Looks like a good project to work on and the loader is a plus.

Hey Rex yeah I had to go to warren for tractor and loader and the other lgt 165 was right in auburn 100 mile ride one way the loader and tractor from west paris got the deal of a life time on that $300 took everything no joke! the guy I got it from I metal detect with, his father inlaw had it and is up there in age so he wanted gone originally when he got in the 70's it came original with a small backhoe on it but said it was useless and traded a dealer for the loader also got all the manuals too the loader in 1970 went for $350.00 brand new, crazy, will have other pics when its done projected date will be memorial weekend

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics inflation calculator $350 in 1970 has the same buying power as $2,131.51 today.  That's a pricey accessory (then and now)
