Here are the 1277 woodgrains.

I ran a set and they turned out very good.

cant wait to get my hands on the brushed aluminum dash template to make these a more complete kit.

How about maybe the "Wood grain" side hood decals for a '69 Gt-14?

Very close to getting the wood grain decals ready. They need to be just a bit darker.

running a second test now and will post pics soon. How many models used these? 1077, 1277 and so on at this size? Thanks again for all your help.

Charger, Raider, Electro

Not the Raider... Woodgrain was only on the Hydro tractors... Raiders were six-speeds. :banghead:

Are your decals original. I used original decals from Eldon to get the template and

create an acceptable wood grain finish. his oem decals were the light creme or ivory color lettering. Maybe WH made them creme for electros and used white on the other wood grain tractors?

Terry,

You can borrow the old dash from my 69 Charger 12 if you like. I need to go look at it as I recall it does not have the raised flat area in the middle, just 2 intersecting planes.

But I could be wrong.

In any case, you are welcome to borrow it as I got sick and tired of the throttle slipping and replaced it with a C series dash :banghead:

prototypes worked well just needed to complete the graphics

will be available on website and ebay soon

Thanks for all your feedback. Has been very helpful.

TD,

The decal you have pictured above is for the 1964 754 and 854 models only.

I saw on your new ebay listing that you have them listed to fit the '62 & '63 too. They will fit, but they are the incorrect design for those years.

This is the correct '62/'63 dash decal for those years.

Thanks TT

I have made the corrections in the listing

what models does the ivory colored decal fit?

I am listing it tonight also. Going to put them in my website store too so need more info.

So many responses I guess I got confused which is easy for me to do these days it seems. LOL

Also got my TEE Shirt today and am ready to offer these on my website.

In your opinion what would be another good choice for wording etc.

Want to offer stuff that everyone on the RS would like in a wearable.

The Tee shirts will be $15 plus shipping. i am going to weigh them and see how much

shipping will be but as of now I dont know. Guessing just a couple bucks though.

Also the guy that traded for traktorkidds c-175 wants console decals.

Are you familiar with the lift and other chrome and black decals that are located on the console of the black hoods?

Thanks again for all your valuable input TT

I have made the corrections in the listing

what models does the ivory colored decal fit?

"DMESS" (Dustin) has them listed in the 5th post in this topic, but to keep you from needing to "back-track", I will relist them here:

Used on the following: 32R, 32E, 502, 552, 702, 33R, 33E, 633, 653 and 753.

The first 5 are 1962 models, and the last 5 are 1963 models. (The 32's & 33's are Lawn Rangers.)

eldons are creme color eh :banghead: . i highly doubt mine are aftermarket decals. and its hard to believe they would be faded, due to the tractor in such nice shape. kelly can vouch, its in original shape. i am going to double check today. but i think my 877 wood grain has white letting also.

i wonder if they offered 2 different lettering colors from the factory :USA: .

I would not doubt but what they did make them both ways as I have seen both

on the black hoods also. Maybe I should offer them in both white or creme letters on the wood grain decals. I have found one thing for sure with vintage tractors.

NOTHING SEEMS FOR SURE!! LOL

TD,

I just got done looking at your ebay listing for this decal. They did not have the "LOCK" arrow like the 1964 decals and should look just like this one to be correct:

dashdecal2-2.jpg

(P.S. > yours also looks like it's missing one of the vertical lines near the choke control hole :banghead: )

Terry... here's a view of the 9 from the Raider 9... should be the same. It's crooked because the 9 is a decal on top of the blank Raider decal. My Charger 9's numbers are gone. You can go here for a higher res picture. Larger picture

As for the Solid State decal... it's not square. Look closely at this picture, you can see the sides are straight, but the top and bottom are curved out. My decal is 3 11/16 wide, 1 15/16 tall on the sides and 2 3/16 tall in the middle. There is also this second standard Tecumseh decal that goes above it... there is a guy who sells a lot of Rupp mini bike parts who is selling repros of these round HP decals on ebay. They should be red... they matched the engines. I have a gray one on my Massey MF10 that I don't have a pic of.
