jedenney 0 #1 Posted April 13, 2014 My 312-8 continues to be reliable, but I'm interested in knowing what value to place on it as I am looking to sell.

jedenney 0 #5 Posted April 13, 2014 OK, got it! Purchased new in 1986. ~1530 hours. Good condition. 48" deck about 5 years old, 48" dozer/snow blade bought with the tractor in '86. Clevis hitch with Brinly disk harrow. Will post pics later today...

hm12460 53 #7 Posted April 16, 2014 (edited) Difficult question to answer. Looks like the hours are getting right up there. You know what though? It's worth more than any brand new John Deere, Cub, Ariens, Craftsman, etc...that Home Depot, Lowe's, Sears has sitting on there floor. I challenge anyone to disagree with me! Fair market value oughta be right around $400-$600 depending on how well it runs, condition of the deck etc... Well worth overhauling engine and a good general refurbishing.
