bell's Suburban 401 project

This will be a LONG, SLOW project.... A "side-project", if you will.....

I bought a 401 frame and transmission off of e-bay, with the intentions of using it for parts... The more I looked at it, the more I wanted to do something with it.

Then I found the hood.... again, on e-bay...

Last week, I bought the front axle with spindles...

I also bought a pair of rear wheels/ tires and a set of rear hubs at the Elnora show... Now all I need is a set of front wheels/ tires and I'll have a roller.

Grandpa gave me a K91 that originally came off of a Suburban.....

And I played with my Schnacke... (that doesn't sound right... LOL) and got it working... Just had to re-hook and re-wind the spring...
