need help with ID

Picked up a running/mowing roundnose today,serial #54362.It's a complete working survivor with hydro lift and all its missing is the drive belt pulley cover!engine says28522E so it's one number off from what it should be?pics coming soon.Thanks

Could it be a 701 with a newer hood? It looks like a double belt guard and the 701 type footrests :scratchead:  .

Looks to be a 61 701 with the mower deck foot rests dash and engine but the hood isn't a 701 hood maybe a 702. The rear fenders look correct for the 701 also. Shifters has been reworked to fit the hydraulic lift also.

Got this today too,654?came with engine in box.someone stuffed a two stick rear in it decades ago.

The 1961 Model #701 was the only tractor to use this plastic Ivory Dash, that makes a positive ID on the chassis.

I'm "out-of-stock" of these dashes until early December . . . working on them now.
