nylyon-(Admin) 7,088 #1 Posted August 3, 2013 Did you know that ONLY 2% of the forum members pay 100% of the expenses for RedSquare? Like what you see, thank a supporter. Really like it? Become one.

Coadster32 793 #10 Posted August 4, 2013 Certainly sounds lopsided....but still am in shock of the member count nowadays.
Wheel-N-It 2,967 #11 Posted August 4, 2013 I suggest that once a persons status goes beyone that of a " Newbie " they should also have a banner labeling them as a "Non-Supporting Member" below their avatar. That will encourage those who are not just users to do the right thing and help fund the operating cost. I still feel bad that I waited 12 months to become a supporter.
JC 1965 1,527 #12 Posted August 4, 2013 I'm proud to be a supporter cause if i didn't have Red Square to help me with projects, I'd be lost. I also like reading other members posts to see what they're up to. Guess i'm just a little nosy .
dcrage 620 #13 Posted August 4, 2013 Heh Karl Do we get some kind of notification when our next "payment" is due? I think I paid a 2 yr amount, but have no idea when that 2 yr period is up. I know there was a topic on this a year ago or so, but I never understood the process
rayshorses 101 #14 Posted August 4, 2013 Thank you for bringing up this topic. I log on to Red Square every day and i never realized what a supporter was or how to become one. I just went to the "store " and paid for two years. I am happy and proud to support this great site. Keep up the good work.

If you want to check, dig around in the Client area to see when yours expires

Don1977 604 #19 Posted August 23, 2013 I'm not a supporter. I own one Wheel Horse a C-120-8 speed that I bought new in 1977, had to have a bank loan to buy it. I have rebuilt and replaced parts on it over the 36 years I have owned it. I try to help out members when I can. If I could afford to own and restore a couple more I would be a supporter. I would like to thank the member who do support Red Square.
