cgambino1018 21 #1 Posted July 21, 2013 i have what i think is a simple question I have a 1989/90 312 tractor with a 37in deck I am thinking of purchasing a used deck that is coming from a 1994 414 Wheel Horse tractor. gwgdog66 23 #2 Posted July 21, 2013 (edited) It should fit. You will need to change the mule drive belt. A 48 inch may be to big a deck in tall thick grass. Look at your machine and the donor. If they both use the mid tach-a-matic (Which they should) they will be compatible. the 300's and 400's can use the same attachments as a lot of the older C series.
