Try classic kitchens web site. I tried to put the link down but it won't paste.

It's called - classic kitchens and more. They sell Wheel Horse floor mats and other Wheel Horse items.

Take a peek-a-boo in my gallery.

Most of the footrests have this on 'em http://shop.ccs.com/product/model:119559/sku:61-33654/mob-perforated-grip-tape/black/&SID=7284&inceptor=1&cm_mmc=SEM-_-Engine-_-Google-_-Plusbox

Been using coarse grip tape for years. Easy to apply, stays put, inexpensive.

I did bookmark amcrules00 link, nice. Thank You!

I used Classic Kitchens and 3M #80 spray adhesive. I used masking tape for the outline and to cover the holes to keep the adhesive off some areas. I sprayed both the mat and the metal per the instructions. It holds really well.  I didn't have a final picture of the floor board (just the whole tractor).

Great website, interesting mix of stuff.  Didn't see any Boomerang pattern Formica counter tops though.

Finishing a repaint of a 244H, will certainly replace the rubber footrests.

A note on one of the parts shown there,  the fuse block & terminals. $18.00 there, but it is available from Mouser electronics for $3.77 and $0.29 for the crimp terminals:

Fuse block:  Mouser Part #: 829-12004943

Terminals: Mouser part #:  829-12020321

Common part used on custom cars etc.

No adhesive needed for the coarse skateboard grip tape, peel and stick.

One item I like 'bout the "stuff" is the micro holes. These release air, never a bubble when applied. I apply the tape while the sheetmetal is still on the Horse. Simple.

The same grip tape has been on a couple of my horses, for a few years.

I apply the tape after removing the carriage bolts. Then razor just a slice corner to corner where the carriage bolt will be reinstalled.

Another point is the width. Skateboard grip tape is 'bout 9" wide and 33" long.

As shown in my gallery, one piece does both foot rests. The leftover I use like sandpaper or emery cloth. Really lasts!

Wow thanks everyone for the replies it was incredibly helpful i think i will end up going with the classic kitchen oem copies they look great on that horse catt.  Im doing a "restoration" i used quotations because its more of a piece by piece facelift as i dont want my 520 down for more than a day or two at a time since i use it alot.  Im just fixing things that i come accross that i see are in need of repair and repainting the metal a piece at a time i will post some pics when i get the floor boards done!

Put "wheel horse mats" into the search window there, they pop right up.
