This has been a pita, changing the design on something after 5 years and trying not to take too much apart is hard!

 

I’ve had to make a centre prop from a steering column, it’s small. Really tight on the splines and scales well. The downsize is the amount of effort machining...

 

 

front 90 deg box with flange adapter fitted.

 

 

Assembly dry run, needs a mount now for the front frame.
