1968 6-3111 39" dozer blade discussion

I'm glad you posted the 39' doser blade picture. I have one that looks just like it that I took off of a Lawn Ranger. It doesn't have the SR# tab any longer. Just the red paint and Wheelhorse sticker. It is 39". Is it a 1968 or did Wheelhorse make these more than one year? What, if any, other wheelhorses will it work on? TT, I know I have a lot of questions. Hope you don't mind.

I'm thinking that the Lawn Ranger blade came out in 1965. (BD-385 or BDR-385)

That model number changed to 6-3111 and was used until 1968 when the last of the horizontal engined Lawn Rangers were built.

You can put them on other tractors, but I'm not sure how much fabrication you'd need to do to get it to lift. They fasten to the mid hitch and are raised much like a snow thrower. (pushed from the bottom of the back of the mounting frame)
