farmerall 23 #1 Posted May 5, 2013 Yesterday I pulled an old Craftsman mower apart and decided to see if the rear tires would fit on my little A90. Well the fit just fine and I really like the look they give the tractor compared to the stock tires. In the picture you may notice the front tire is flat. That is because the tractor pulled an unexpected wheelie and it stood up in the air. Not wanting a tractor to me I pushed the tractor to the side and it ;landed on that tire. Sparky-(Admin) 19,280 #2 Posted May 5, 2013 Looks like the fronts need to go bigger as well to even it up. Mike.........
groundhog47 347 #3 Posted May 5, 2013 (edited) What is the trick to getting the wheels off the axel, last I tried = 0. I tried penetrant, heat, hammer back side, and don't rem if tried a puller with bolts in the holes beside axel though. Had several just got rid of transaxel, tires and wheels and one they slid right off. Next (if one) adventure I'll do the go cart hub and wheel conversion. Ya know they say let clutch out easy, when it gets ready sometimes no matter how easy it wants to show off and walk on the hind quarter....to much sugar in the hay Edited May 5, 2013 by groundhog47
